" The whole reason for me to start getting fit and being a better version of myself was mostly because of me getting hurt on the job far too often. The sprained ankle, shoulder to bad back all was because I didn't have the stamina and core strength I needed. I lack the discipline to go to the gym and thus I did some research and found what I was looking for. I got in touch with MSFIT and my life changed.
They took into consideration all of my injuries and also past sports injuries that I've “collected” over the years and customised the workout sessions to strengthen those areas. My 1st month into the training, past the aches and pains I could see the differences in myself. I slept better, ate better. At work, the certain muscles in my shoulders or legs that were needed to lift things everyday, knew how and which to be activated so I didn't hurt my back, Or knees.
The 2nd month into the training I realised I could go further, and my endurance got way better than I expected. I do travel a lot thus not allowing a lot of gym time but they keep me in check through msgs and my trainer continuously encourages me every day to reach my own personal targets. The dedication and promise to deliver goes far beyond what I expected. I am very thankful to have found MSFIT which has made a difference in my health and life. "
